Section 65 in U.P. Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2016
65. Amendment of Section 83.
- For Section 83 of the said Code, the following section shall be substituted, namely -"83. Every declaration under Section 80 or cancellation under Section 82 shall be recorded in record of rights in the manner as may be prescribed and, even after declaration under Section 80, the mutation order on the basis of transfer or succession shall be passed in the manner prescribed.".
