Order 14/12/2017 All the above mentioned contempt petitions shall stand decided by this common order as the issue involved therein is identical.

(6 of 6) [ WCP-1121/2017] The present contempt petitions have been filed for non- compliance of the different orders under contempt passed in the respective writ petitions.

Mr. Rishabh Tayal, learned assistant counsel to Mr. K. L. Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that financial sanction has been issued in favour of the petitioners in compliance of the orders passed in the writ petitions and the amount accruing to the petitioners shall be disbursed to them on or before 15.01.2018. The details of the calculations along with the compliance report be placed on the record in each case.

In view of the above statement, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents are dropped.

Dismissed accordingly. Rule is discharged. In case, the payment is not made within the stipulated period, the petitioners will be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of the contempt petition. It is clarified that in case, the amount is not disbursed by the said date, the respondents will be liable not only for contempt but for stoppage of payment of their future salary.
