(3)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (4) and (5), the removal and use of the whole body or any part of the body in accordance with an authority given in pursuance of this section shall be lawful, and shall be sufficient warrant for the removal of the body or any paid thereof and its use for the purposes of this Act.
