Section 13(9) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Class III) Service Rules, 1989
(9)In respect of provident fund and gratuity, the members of the Service shall be governed by the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board and Market Committees Employees Provident Fund and Gratuity Rules, 1965 and the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board and Market Committees Employees Pension, Provident Fund and Gratuity Rules, 1987.
