Section 8(1) in Kanyakumari Sreepandaravaka Lands (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1964
(1)With effect on and from the appointed day, every tenant shall be entitled to a ryotwari patta in respect of the Sreepandaravaka land held by him on that day.
