Section 53(1)(d) in The Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1978

(d)obstruct any officer or servant of the Board in the performance and discharge of his duties and functions under this Chapter or refuse or wilfully neglect to furnish him with means necessary for the making of any entry, inspection, examination or inquiry thereunder in relation to any waterworks; or
