(1)Application for renewal of a conductor's licence shall be made in Form, L.Con.A to the licensing authority which issued the licence from his usual place of residence to the licensing authority of the area in which he is residing. The application shall be accompanied by the conductor's licence, valid Adult First Aid certificate issued by St. John Ambulance Association (India) and the fee prescribed in sub-section (5) of Sec.30 of the Act.
