[Payment in cash shall be made through vouchers in Z.A. Form 41. The books containing vouchers and counterfoils shall be kept in the personal custody of the Compensation Officer, who shall before commencing use of a book of voucher, send intimation to the Treasury/Sub-Treasury Officer, as the case may be, in Z.A.
