Heard learned counsel for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner is challenging validity of the suspension order, which is said to be passed without any jurisdiction, so also without considering the material fact with regard to innocence of the petitioner by the person who himself was charge-sheeted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although appeal/representation was filed by the petitioner which taking aforesaid plea but till today, the respondents are not deciding the appeal/representation of the petitioner filed against the suspension order passed by the General Manager, Jodhpur Sahakari Upbhokta Wholesale Bhandar Ltd., Jodhpur.

In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.4 - appellate authority 2 (Selection Committee for Pharmacists), Jodhpur Sahakari Upbhokta Wholesale Bhandar Ltd., Jodhpur to decide the appeal/representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the respondent No.4 will not decide the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid stipulated period, then, the suspension order shall be treated to be revoked automatically.
