Section 122(a) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(a)suitable warning signs or notices, required for the safety of building workers, carrying out the work of an excavation or tunneling shall be displayed or erected at conspicuous places in Tamil at such excavation or tunneling work;
