Section 422(c) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(c)reference to the members of a municipality constituted under the Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000 shall in respect of the Corporation shall be constructed as reference to the Councillor of the Corporation constituted under the Act ;
