23. Returns and Inspections.
(1)The Authority shall furnish to the Government such reports, returns and other information as the Government may from time to time require.(2)Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the Government or any officer authorised by the Government in this behalf may call for reports, returns and other information from the Authority as maybe considered necessary.
