191. Prohibition against making connection without permission.
(1)No person shall, without the permission of the commissioner, make any connection with any municipal cable, wire, pipe, drain or channel.(2)The commissioner may, by notice, require any connection made in contravention of sub-section (1) to be demolished, removed, closed, altered or re-made.
