Section 83(1) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(1)Any person who commits a breach of these bye-laws shall on conviction be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than Rs. 25 and more than Rs. 200 and where the breach is a continuing breach with a further fine of Rs. 10 for every day after the first during which the breach continues.
