22. The Central Provinces Borstal Act, 1928 (IX of 1928)
Section 1. - For sub-sections (2) and (3), substitute the following, namely ;-"(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh.Section 4. - For "Mahakoshal region" substitute "State".Section 17. - In item (a), omit "or" occurring for the third time and omit item (b).Section 33. - In clause (2), omit "except States".
