Section 10(1)(iii) in Jharkhand Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2016

(iii)The rate of dearness allowance will be based on the increased or as the case may be, the decreased amount of the subsistence grant admissible under sub-clause (i) and (ii) of this rule.
