Section 11(2)(b) in The Madhya Bharat Vagrants, Habitual Offenders and Criminals (Restrictions and Settlement) Act, 1952

(b)that he shall restrict his movements either to the area in which he ordinarily resides or to any other area in which the Court or Magistrate is satisfied that he has reasonable prospects of earning his livelihood.
