Section 13(e) in Arunachal Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 1991
(e)accept any other employment or office in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to an amount not exceeding three months pay of such member or with both.
