Section 95(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(1)Every member of a police force under this Act shall give immediate information to the municipality of any offence committed against this Act or the rules or bye-laws, and shall be bound to assist all members, and employees of the municipality in the exercise of their lawful authority.
