(2)The Chairman or in his absence the Vice-Chairman [of a market committee] [Inserted by ibid, section 13(b)(i).] shall preside at every meeting [of such market committee] [Substituted for "of the market committee" by ibid, section 13(b)(ii).] and in the absence of both, the members present shall elect one from among themselves to preside at such meeting.
