Section 2(s) in The Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003
(s)words and expressions used but not defined either in this Act or in the Central Act and defined in the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (9 of 1910), or in the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (54 of 1948) shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in those Acts.
