Section 14(4) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(4)The Faculty Council shall propose to the Academic Council the curricula of the Faculty and shall decide all questions referred to it regarding the syllabi for various undergraduate and post-graduate programmes and all other matters referred to it by the Academic Council.
