299. Attendance of licensee in the licensed premises.
- The licensee shall endeavor to be present in the licensed premises as much he can.Provided that the Excise Commissioner or the District Collector or the Superintendent of Excise may require any licensee to remain present in his licensed premises on any particular occasion on such days and during such hours as may be fixed by the said officer.
