Section 2(2) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(2)Any reference in this Constitution to Acts or laws of the State Legislature shall be construed as including a reference to an Ordinance made by, the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.].
