(3)Each member referred to in clauses (j) to (m) of sub-section (1) shall be nominated by the State Government from a panel of three persons recommended by Search Committee appointed under section 7:Provided that the first appointment of the members referred to in this sub-section, shall be made by the Chairperson on the recommendation of the Executive Chairperson from amongst such persons as he thinks fit.
