Section 1 in Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Right Rules, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2010.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)If shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
