/749G.S.R. 1023(E), dated 24th October, 1988. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the [Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957)] [ Nomenclature amended by Section 3 of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Amendment Act, 1999 (38 of 1999), now it stands as the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957).], the Central Government hereby makes the following rules for conservation and Development of Minerals, namely:-
