Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. The learned proxy counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of order dated 22.7.2011 passed in O.A.No.348/PB/2011 in identical matter. Therefore, in view of the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid O.A, nothing survives in this O.A also.
3. Accordingly, this O.A is also disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. No costs.
