(2)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, at any time if it deems it expedient so to do, revise a standard area determined under sub-section (1). Such revision shall be made in the manner laid down in section 4 and sub-section (1).
