Section 56(5)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003

(b)The Commissioner shall inspect the dormitories, workshops,'class rooms, hospitals and other enclosures. He shall also verify the security, sanitary, conservancy and drinking water supply arrangements and their availability. Quality and quantity of the food, clothing and bedding shall also be inspected.
