Section 12 in The Salary and Allowances of Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Act, 1978
12. Amendment of Section 2 of the Punjab Act 7 of 1942.
- In the Punjab State Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1952, in section 2, after clause (g), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :-"(gg) Leader of the Opposition as defined in the Salary and Allowances of Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Act, 1978."
