Section 3(b) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Special Selection and Special Conditions of Service for Appointment of persons in the Engineering Cell) Rules, 2012
(b)"Cell" means the Engineering Cell constituted by the Government in the Department' of Art, Literature, Culture and Archaeology:
