Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority (Constitution, Functions and Powers) Rules, 2016
(1)The Authority may establish State institutes of hotel management and culinary technology known by such names as it thinks fit (hereinafter called "institute") for the purpose of training and development in hotel management and culinary technology.
