281. Destruction of stray pig, dogs and monkeys.
- If any dogs [or pigs] [Inserted by section 71 of the Madras City Municipal (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 56 of 1961).] not taxed under section 116 [or monkeys] [Substituted for the words 'or pigs' by section 71 by Act 56 of 1961.] are found straying, the same may be summarily destroyed by any person authorised in that behalf in writing by the commissioner.
