Section 16 in The Gujarat Agricultural Credit (Provision of Facilities) Act, 1979
16. Bank eligible to become member of co-operative society.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Co-operative Societies Act or any law for the time being in force, it shall be lawful for a bank to become a member of a co-operative society.
