399. Submission of objections to comply with notice.
(1)Any person who has been served with a written notice under sub-section (1) of section 398 in which a period for receiving objections has been specified may, within such period, deliver to the municipal authority or the officer of the Municipality, as the case may be, a written objection setting forth the reasons which he may desire to urge for the withdrawal or modification of such notice.(2)Every such objection shall be placed before the Chairman for determination.G.
