Section 4(a) in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
(a)[ exempt from the operation of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rules made thereunder any religious or charitable institution or endowment, the administration of which is, for the time being vested in - [Substituted by Act No. 11 of 1981.](i)the Official Trustee or in the Administrator General, or(ii)any body corporate entrusted by law with the administration of religious institutions; or]
