Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue an interim direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to report
22 vacancies of Project Officers, to the 4th respondent, pending disposal
of the Writ Petition(Civil).
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

following:
ORDER
Advocate T.P.Pradeep, the learned Standing Counsel for the 'Matsyafed' submits that pursuant to the directions of this court 30 vacancies have already been reported to Public Service Commission by 'Matsyafed'.
It is further stated that these 30 vacancies include the vacancies in which temporary hands are working.
The learned Standing Counsel to place on record a statement/Counter affidavit.
