Section 30(1) in The Rajasthan Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1967
(1)If on enquiry the Secretary is satisfied that any testimonials submitted by a candidate is false in any material particular, he shall submit his findings to the Board. The Board may, by a written order, debar such candidate from being admitted to any examination held under these rules. If on the strength of any such testimonial a candidate has already been admitted to an examination, he shall be deemed to have failed in such examination and any certificate granted to him as a result of his having been declared to have passed such examination shall be forthwith recalled by a notification in the Official Gazette.
