Section 4(1) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)There shall be a Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee for each local authority, constituted by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 20, comprising of a Chairperson, who has been a Civil Judge or a Judicial Magistrate and two other professionals as members having such experience as may be prescribed.
