26. Notice of Meeting.
- For any meeting of the governing body, steering committee or executive committee five days clear notice shall be given to the members, excluding the day of the posting of notice and the and day of the meeting:Provided that in case of urgency, the Member-Secretary of the governing body, steering committee or executive committee as the case may be shall be competent to convene the meeting at a short notice with the approval of the chairperson of the respective body.
