Section 292(2) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(2)All expenses for the administration of the fund, fees, and allowances of the officer to the Board, salaries, leave salaries, joining time pay, travelling allowances, compensatory allowances, charge allowances, pension contribution and other benefits of personnel expense, for the legitimate needs of Board and the stationary expenses shall be met from Administrative Account of the Board.
