Section 12(1) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Rules, 1959
(1)One receipt of any such appeal, the Collector of the district shall fix a date for enquiry and give notice as required under Sub-clause (i) of Clause (d) of Section 24 in Form 'D' of the Appendix. Every such notice shall be accompanied by a copy of the memorandum of appeal and shall be served in the manner prescribed in Sub-rule (2) of Rule 8.
