Section 12(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council Act, 2011
(1)With the previous approval of the State Government the Council:(a)shall appoint the Registrar,(b)may grant leave to such Registrar and appoint a person to act as such in his place ; and(c)shall pay to the Registrar and to the person, if any, appointed to act in his place, such salaries or remuneration and such allowances, if any, as the Council may determine.
