Section 1 in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Lands Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1978
1. Short title, Extent and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Lands Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1978.(2)They shall apply to such areas to which the Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954 (Act No. 27 of 1954) has been applied by the State Government under clause (ii) of section 2 of the said Act and which are served by Jawai Project.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Rajasthan Rajpatra.
