Section 9(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(2)Except as otherwise provided by the Board at the time of his re-employment, these Regulations shall apply to a person who is re-employed in the Board, as if he had entered the service for the first time on the date of his re-employment.
