5. Procedure on receipt of application.
- The Registrar shall consider the application and may, if necessary, order further enquiry or refuse registration. Should he decide to allow registration, he shall register the Society in a register of societies to be kept for the purpose. Every such entry shall be attested by the seal and signature of the Registrar. He shall also forward to the society a certificate of registration and a certified copy of the bye-laws as finally approved and registered by him.
