Section 19(1) in The Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (C.G.) Adhiniyam, 1987
(1)The Comptroller shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University. [He shall be appointed by the State Government] [Substituted 'He shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in accordance with the Statutes to be made in this behalf' by C.G. Act No. 16 of 2010, dated 6.7.2010.] and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
