Section 45(1) in Arunachal Pradesh State Road (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
(1)When a survey has been ordered under section 44, the Survey Officer appointed for the purpose shall publish a notification in the Official Gazette inviting all persons having or claiming to have The Arunachal Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette, May 9, 2018 13 any interest on the structures and properties adjoining the State road or its boundaries of which the survey has been ordered, to attend either in person or by an agent at a specified place and time and from time thereafter when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.
