Section 84(2) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(2)The Officer-in-charge shall encourage active involvement of local community in improving the conditions in the homes, if, the members of the community want to serve the institution or want to contribute through their expertise.
